Our Staff

Jill Mohr, PHR is the human resource and marketing representative for the Aberdeen Express office. Jill focuses primarily on outside sales and human resources consulting for business leaders. This includes policy and procedures, training and development, performance management, safety and much more.

Jill has been an active member of the Aberdeen Area Human Resource Association since 1994. She also serves on the Aberdeen Area Diversity Committee.

Jill graduated from South Dakota State University. Her interests include running, biking, golfing, riding the snowmobile, reading and spending time with family and friends. Born and raised in Aberdeen, Jill is married to Ryan, and together they have one daughter, Skylar.

Cathy Mattern is the Aberdeen Express staffing consultant for the temporary division. She joined the staff in December 2008. Cathy, a Louisiana native, moved to Aberdeen in August of 2008. A newlywed, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and their certified pet therapy dog, Caesar.
